We understand that circumstances may lead to the need for cancellations or refunds. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which such requests will be processed.

- Vehicle Sales (New and Used)

We reserve the right to cancel an order or service appointment under the following circumstances:
- Unavailability of the product or service.
- Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
- Payment issues or failure to receive payment.

- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or other unforeseen disruptions).
- Any other reason deemed necessary by Auto Connections Enterprises Private Limited, with prior notification to the customer.
In case of cancellation by Auto Connections Enterprises Private Limited, a full refund of any payment received will be issued to the customer.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. General Refund Conditions
- All eligible refunds will be processed using the original method of payment wherever possible.
- Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation was initiated by Auto Connections Enterprises Private Limited or the product received was incorrect/defective.
3.2. Product Returns and Refunds (Auto Parts)
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, upon verification of the issue.
- Change of Mind / Unwanted Products:
- Products can be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- A restocking fee of 15% of the product value may apply to cover processing and handling costs.
- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns will be borne by the customer.
- Certain products, such as electrical components, fluids, gaskets, custom-made items, or items clearly marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase, are non-returnable.

- Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with a service provided by Auto Connections Enterprises Private Limited, please notify us immediately or within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate the issue thoroughly and, if deemed appropriate after our assessment, offer a re-service, partial refund, or full refund based on the nature and extent of the complaint. Our goal is customer satisfaction.
- Pre-paid Services: For pre-paid service packages (e.g., annual maintenance contracts, detailing packages), a refund for unused portions may be granted on a pro-rata basis, less any applicable administrative fees and the cost of services already rendered at their standard rate.
3.4. Vehicle Sales Refunds
- As mentioned in Section 2.1, booking amounts are generally non-refundable. Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Auto Connections Enterprises Private Limited.
- Once a vehicle sale is finalized (i.e., vehicle delivered or registered in the customer's name), refunds are generally not applicable. Any post-sale issues will be addressed as per the vehicle warranty (if applicable) or specific terms of sale.
4. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds will be addressed fairly and transparently. We encourage customers to first contact our customer service team to resolve any issues.
5. Amendments to the Policy
Auto Connections Enterprises Private Limited reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or at our premises.
